Allison Yacoub - Clarinet
Allison received a B.S. and M.S. in Music Education from Towson University. Her past clarinet teachers have included Edward Palanker and Marguerite Baker Levin.
Allison is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Maryland. She has served on the faculty of Towson University and Morgan State University as the Woodwinds Methods instructor. She is also teaching at MorganAllison has also taught elementary and middle school instrumental music in both Howard and Baltimore Counties. She has conducted ensembles at the Friends School and the Park School of Baltimore.
In the summer of 2004, Allison served as a member of the clarinet faculty at the Csehy Summer Program in Philadelphia. Allison is also an accomplished pianist and accompanies many performers in her spare time.
