Jessica Stephen is a graduate of Towson University with a degree in Music Education. While at Towson, she was the recipient of the Concerto Competition Award for the Towson University Music Department. Jessica currently works as an elementary school vocal general music teacher and chorus director in Harford County. Jessica also maintains a private woodwind studio in her home.

Jessica has been selected to participate in the Maryland All State Band, as well as the All State Orchestra. She attended Peabody Preparatory, and was awarded many honors there. She was a Maryland Distinguished Scholar in flute. Jessica has performed with Peabody Sinfonia, Greater Baltimore Youth Orchestra, and Maryland Arts Festival. She has performed throughout the Baltimore-metropolitan area with several other professional and amateur groups and traveled to Europe to perform with the Peabody Sinfonia.

Jessica has studied flute with Sara Nichols, Kristen Winter Jones, Gail Cameron, Micheal Debost, Kathy Chastain, and Lynn Davidoff.
